Performance Module

Involve Performance is for the set-up and ongoing management of an individual’s objectives using SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound) guidelines.


Our unique objective setting process allows users to align their objectives to their department’s objectives. This linking process can ensure the relevancy of activity.


Interim reviews ensure that any changes to a user's objectives require line manager ‘sign-off’. This encourages engagement between reviews and facilitates performance.

Development Module

Involve Development allows both competency based assessments and objectives to be automatically integrated into an online personal development plan (PDP).


Individual PDPs can also be linked directly to relevant online developmental resources such as Knowledge Bytes or e-Learning courses.


Real-time team, department and organisational reports identify developmental requirements to ensure resources are aligned to identified needs and objectives.

Manage Team Module

Involve Manage Teams provides managers with relevant actions and reports to support their team’s appraisal activity.


All performance and developmental actions are updated regularly by direct reports allowing managers to support their team's performance in real-time.


Managers are able to have an overview of their team by accessing tailored reports that highlight relevant key areas of appraisal activity.
